"There has been an atrocity..."

This was a fabulous email from someone who now orders direct (though we do not yet have a "store" up online).  I've been in contact with her now and she is every bit as enthusiastic and emphatic as this email sounds:

"Mark,
 
I have been negligent in my responsibilities to my life juice. I have allowed my supply to reach CRITICALLY low levels. Like.... one scoop left. *GIANT GASP* I thought I had another bag in the freezer, but, alas, I do not. 
 
So here I am, on bended knee, begging to place my order as quickly as possible, because the thought of having to drink civilian level coffee is a straight sin to me. :P
